• Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products on the Site. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product details, and prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Handmade Nature: All our jewelry is handmade, and as such, there may be slight variations in color, design, and size. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of our products.

• Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability and payment verification.
• Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change. Prices will be confirmed at the time of checkout.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method.
• Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to your order based on the applicable tax laws of your shipping address.

• Shipping: We offer several different shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
• Shipping Timeframes: We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and any external factors such as postal delays. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
• Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Customized jewelry is also returnable under the same conditions if you are not satisfied with it.
• How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at Bohobrassco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Subject to availability, we will facilitate the exchange process. You may be responsible for shipping depending on the circumstance. We are here for you and happy to help in the best way we can. 
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees if applicable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. We hope it appears sooner but we can't stipulate these periods with the banks we work with. They are much more powerful than little ol' us. 
• Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If it has yet to be shipped, we are happy to work with you. We love you!

• Content Ownership: All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of Boho Brass Co and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Use of Content: You may use the content on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the Site is prohibited.

By using the Site, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida and the US Federal Government, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Petersburg, FL.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
